Selection process. Personal data obtained through your curriculum vitae and/or directly communicated by you will be processed to carry out the selection procedures and assess the competencies required for establishing an employment relationship. Legal basis: execution of pre-contractual measures requested by the candidate.
We also inform you that processing any special categories of personal data concerning you is necessary to fulfill obligations and exercise rights in employment law, social security, and social protection, as well as to execute the employment contract and comply with applicable regulations.

NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

Providing the requested information is necessary and instrumental for the proper execution of the selection process.

PROCESSING METHODS AND RETENTION PERIOD

Selection process data will be processed by internal personnel using management software and work suites (email, calendars, video conferencing software, etc.) and may also be stored in paper and digital form in company archives.
Retention period: Data will be retained for 36 months, after which it will be deleted.

TO WHOM MAY YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE DISCLOSED?

Some information may be communicated to or accessible by the following categories of subjects:

  • Companies providing IT system assistance and maintenance or suppliers of electronic storage systems;

RETENTION PERIOD

Recorded images are stored for 7 days from the time of capture, except during closure periods or in the case of specific investigative requests from the Judicial Authority in the event of a criminal offense.
At the end of the retention period, the images will be automatically deleted from the system.

TO WHOM MAY YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE DISCLOSED?

Viewing and extraction of recorded images is restricted to Management and authorized personnel. In the event of damage or criminal incidents, the recorded images will be transferred to an electronic medium and delivered to the relevant authorities.
Personal data related to this processing, for the purposes of security of company assets and individual safety, may be communicated to legal professionals, the Judicial Authority, and/or law enforcement agencies.
